Impressive Turnout at Career Guidance Fair Hosted by Family First Guidance Center
MUMBAI- A palpable energy surged through the Kokani Community Hall, Mumbai Central, on Tuesday, 6th June 2023, as the Family First Guidance Center, located within the premises of the Juma Masjid of Bombay, hosted a resounding Career Guidance Fair. With more than 700 eager students and their supportive parents in attendance, the event marked a successful day of exploration and discovery.
The fair, which ran from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, saw a wave of enthusiastic participants, with an impressive number of on-the-spot registrations. The palpable thirst for meaningful career guidance among students and parents underscored the significance of such events
Various stalls representing diverse fields such as Commerce, Law, Home Science, Paramedical, Hotel Management, and Engineering offered a buffet of knowledge and opportunities. The participation of distinguished colleges and institutions like Akbar Peerbhoy College of Commerce, Rizvi College, Maharashtra College, M.H. Saboo Siddik Polytechnic, and Kalsekar Technical Campus A.R Kalsekar Polytechnic further enhanced the learning milieu.
The opportunity to take aptitude tests was embraced by more than 200 students, demonstrating their commitment to understand their unique strengths and interests to make informed career decisions.
The event’s vibrancy was boosted by the informative and engaging sessions by an esteemed panel of speakers, including Dr. Kazim Malik, Dr. Rehan Ansari, Adv. Nadeem Siddiqui, and Prof. Ahtesham Shaikh. Their enlightening insights on various pertinent topics created an enriching atmosphere, fostering interactive dialogues with students.
Presiding over the event, Mufti Ashfaq Qazi sb imparted insightful experiences and anecdotes, adding a layer of authenticity and personal touch to the proceedings. His insights underscored the essence of informed career decision-making.
A heartening moment was the felicitation of students who achieved remarkable marks and percentages. Among the recognized was Abdullah Kazi, son of Mufti Ashfaq Kazi, who secured a commendable 94% in HSC. This was not just a celebration of individual achievements, but a reflection of the dedication and potential of our youth.
The event culminated with a touching moment when Mufti Yahya Moin offered a heartfelt prayer, a Duaa, seeking divine acceptance of the event and blessings for the successful careers of all attending students.
