Markazul Ma’arif, Mumbai Begins New Academic Session

Mumbai – 25 April 2024: Markazul Ma’arif Education and Research Center (MMERC), Mumbai has been providing outstanding services in the education of English language and literature and personality development to the madrasa graduates for the last few decades. The graduates of MMERC are doing commendable jobs in dozens of other countries besides India. They are rendering educational, religious and social services in various schools, madrasas, social organizations, colleges and universities of the country. So far about twenty batches have completed their graduation from MMERC, Mumbai and are now stalwart’s scholars who are contributing to this Nation and Muslim community.
The academic journey of the new batch was started with an welcoming program on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, after Maghrib Salah at MMERC campus Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. The program was attended by the new students, teachers and officials along with well-wishers of Markazul Ma’arif and prominent personalities of Mumbai as guests.
The welcoming program was anchored by Maulana Mohammad Aslam Javed Qasmi, senior faculty of MMERC. After detailing about MMERC, its aims and objectives to the newly enrolled students, he also gave a brief introduction of all the officials and other faculty members of MMERC and the guests present in the program. Maulana Muhammad Aslam Javed Qasmi also thanked the visionary founder of MMERC – Hazrat Maulana Mohammad Badruddin Ajmal Al-Qasmi, and welcomed all the new students.

Thereafter, all the new students introduced themselves one by one which followed by the speech from Mufti Jasimuddin Qasmi, Coordinator of MMERC’s Online Darul Ifta and one of the senior faculty members of MMERC who advised the students about the importance of English language for peaceful Dawah of Islam and in removing misconceptions from people’s mind in the present era. He also gave valuable tips to the new students and guided them about proper use of time and how to put maximum efforts to achieve success in life – both here and hereafter.
Hafiz Iqbal Chunawala, Member Majlis-e Surah of Darul Uloom Waqf Deoband, who was present in the program, also congratulated the new students on their selection and gave valuable advices. Maulana Muhammad Atiqur Rahman Qasmi, the branch in-charge of MMERC, explained to the students about MMERC’s ‘Round the Clock Routine’ and commended every individual student to follow it firmly in their entire two year duration as students.
It is worth mentioning that Maulana Muhammad Burhanuddin Qasmi, the Director of MMERC, is out in Assam for election work in these days, he could not attend the program. The participants of the welcoming program included Maulana Jamil Ahmed Qasmi, Maulana Mohammad Taukir Rahmani, Jafar Khan, Abdullah Shaikh, Maulana Munawwar Alam Mazahri, Muhammad Ahmad Hussain, Mohammad Shamimuddin and others. The meeting ended with the Dua of Maulana Muhammad Shahid Qasmi, the Imam and Khatib of Masjid Markazul Ma’arif, Mumbai.

Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the images aren't loading properly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I've tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same results.
