“Iran War: A Strategic Trap for the US–Israel Axis?”

The forced war on Iran is proving to be catastrophic for the US–Israel axis of evil forces. There is no doubt that Iran is also getting heavy casualties, and its civilian infrastructure is regularly being hit. However, the blows that Israel is receiving from Iran and Lebanon are unprecedented.
Now for America there seems to have only two options left: either to make a quick exit under some pretext, which appears most probable and Trump is indicating for it, or to resort to using nuclear weapons against Iran. In both scenarios, Middle Eastern geopolitics and the global order are bound to undergo major changes.

Dropping a nuclear bomb on Iran will neither empower America nor make it safer; rather, it could trigger a World War III in which America may have to face Russia, China, and North Korea. Such a confrontation could seriously endanger America itself.
On the other hand, accepting defeat would permanently alter Middleast geopolitics. Gaza, as well as Hizbullah, may see better days ahead, and Arab countries might find themselves freer from the hegemonic power of the US–Israel axis.
This is my understanding of the war so far; others may agree or disagree.
