Admission Opens for English Medium Markaz Online Madrasa

Markaz Online Madrasa (MOM) is an online educational institute developed by International MMERC Alumni Network (IMAN) in consideration of contemporary global needs. MOM will impart Islamic knowledge using modern communication technology and up-to-date teaching methodology under the guidance of experienced ulama and expert scholars.

The MOM website inauguration program was held on the 10th and 11th of November 2024 at the famous center of knowledge and wisdom in Darul Uloom Deoband. Esteemed scholars have highly appreciated this initiative for its potential to benefit the ummah and help Muslims become familiar with Islamic teachings and the principles of Islam. It invites admission for both male and females, above 15 years of age, from across the world.

The Syllabus Drafting Committee (SDC), Editorial Board, Advisory Board, and the Founding Members of MOM, with their visionary guidance, approved the opening of admissions during meetings held on the 27th of November and the 7th of December 2024, respectively. The academic session is set to commence on the 23rd of April 2025.

MOM, however, presents an opportunity for those aspiring to gain expertise in Islamic knowledge, particularly in the Qur’an and Hadith, or to acquire sufficient understanding to lead a virtuous life. The experienced and qualified team of ulama under IMAN has designed and launched a 5-year integrated online Alimiyat course, offering comprehensive Islamic education in English Language.

MOM an Introduction
Markaz Online Madrasa offers a world-class Islamic teaching program accessible globally to individuals aged 15 and above. With qualified scholars and advanced teaching methods, MOM provides a platform for in-depth learning of Islamic theology, history, and jurisprudence. MOM’s courses will be (1.) Certificate in Islamic Studies (CIS) – 1 Year, (2.) Diploma in Islamic Studies (DIS) – 1 Year, (3.) Advanced Diploma in Islamic Studies (ADIS) – 1 Year. (4.) Alimiyat: Graduation in Islamic Theology (GIT) – 2 Years. However, admission is currently open for the CIS program only which will be an ideal base for building a strong foundation in Islamic knowledge ahead.

Subjects covered under MOM are (1.) Imaniyat: Islamic Faith & Beliefs, (2.) Qur’aniyat: Tajweed, Translation, and Tafseer, (3.) Islamic History: Seeratun Nabi (saws) & Medieval History, (4.) Hadith Studies, (5.) Fiqh: Islamic Jurisprudence, (6.) Arabic Language & Literature, (7.) Islamic Sociology: Civics, Islamic Morality & Comparative Studies of Religions and (8.) Practical.

A dedicated website for MOM, provides all necessary details about the program, including a section addressing frequently asked questions. Prospective students are encouraged to visit the site for further insights and registration. Seats are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, says an official statement of the MOM.
