Maulana MB. Qasmi further stated that participation in both the written and oral examinations is mandatory, and only those who successfully pass both assessments will be eligible for admission at any institute of our group.

The National Coordinator of the DELL course, Maulana Mudassir Ahmad Qasmi, explained that the Diploma in English Language and Literature (DELL) is a two-year offline program introduced in 1994 under the guidance of Maulana Badruddin Ajmal Al-Qasmi, specifically designed for Madrasa graduates (ulama). The objective of the course is to equip students with contemporary academic and Islamic outreach skills, enabling them to contribute effectively at social, religious, and global well being.
Over the last three decades, the program has gained remarkable recognition, and its alumni are now serving in various scholarly and social capacities both in India and abroad. With the rapidly changing global landscape, the relevance and importance of this English learning program have increased tremendously.
According to the details, students who have completed their studies in any recognized Madrasa—or are in their final year and expected to graduate this year—are eligible to apply. The admission form and further information are available on the official website of the institution. While all stages of the examination will take place offline in Deoband, candidates must submit their applications online only.
