Mumbai_____ on 20th October 2025, MMERC welcomed a world-wide renowned transformational coach, Abdul Mujeeb Khan, the founder director of Wisdom Collaborative, inspired more than 20000 leaders globally. He delivered a very insightful lecture on the topic of Self-Transformation.
Commencing the lecturer, he introduced his mission in these words: “From the past 30 years I have been engaged with a very paramount subject—transformation.”
Illustrating the transformation he took the caterpillar, stating: “The caterpillar is a wonderful example of transformation. It begins as a tiny egg, then hatches into a caterpillar that spends its days eating the leaves and growing. After that, it forms a hard shell around itself, where it stays still and motionless. Finally, it breaks free as a butterfly, light and beautiful. In the same way, a person can rise from an ordinary state to a better one through patience, growth, and inner change.”
He further said: “If we look back at our history, the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad (saws) were true examples of transformation. They changed their hearts and entire way of life. Even when they faced their enemies in battle or suffered at their hands, they prayed for them instead of seeking revenge. They wanted even their enemies to find truth and success. Today, we need that same spirit — to rise above idleness and negativity, and to become so kind and beneficial for the humanity that even those who hurt us feel regret, realizing they wronged someone who only spread peace and much more contributed to the human progress.”

Throwing the light on his vision he bore his soul: “To transform the life of the generation, we have established an exceptional platform named “Trailblazer”. Trailblazer in fact is a journey to hunt for such a version of human which is liked by Allah (swt) because of the beauty of character, patience, and perseverance he possesses making people recognize the Lordship of Allah through peace and compassion. This Trailblazer is going to conduct a Youth Transformative Leadership Workshop on 24, 25 & 26 October 2025 at “Allana Institute of Management Studies” in Anjuman-e-Islam Complex, Mumbai.”
Showcasing his next move, he said: “We have planned to establish a social media platform—House of Hikmah to rationally propagate the teachings of Islam proving it the savior of humanity.”
According to his statement, House of Hikmah will provide many episodes. One of them would be about Muslim contributions to science and technology and their dominance over the world and remarkable reputation in golden age of Islam encouraging Muslims to recall their proud history and glorious past and live again with the same noble character.
What drew the attention the most was the next episode as he described: “In the 1800s, memory and recall were seen as the true signs of genius. But when those with great memories began making poor decisions—costing many lives—the world realized intelligence needed a new measure. By 1950, multiple intelligence became the standard. Later, it shifted to emotional intelligence, as people saw that empathy and awareness mattered more than knowledge alone. Yet by the 2000s, even emotionally intelligent people caused massive economic corruption. Finally, modern thinkers in Europe turned to spiritual intelligence — the ability to act with conscience, purpose, and moral clarity. They now believe this is the highest form of intelligence, and that true success and leadership rest upon it.”

At last he stated, “In 2016, I was one of the intellectuals and philosophers who were preparing the curriculum of spiritual intelligence to teach the world at Cambridge. I found them hesitant even though they had no way except embarrassing the spiritual intelligence. Therefore, I stressed that If you want to enjoy with spiritual intelligence you should accept the only one superior—Allah (saw).”
This wonderful and inspiring lecture came to an end followed by Q&A session.
